OUR TRADE SHOW DISPLAYS ARE MADE IN THE USA

All of our trade show displays are made here at our Manufacturing Facility in Southern California. Unlike others that claim to be made in the USA and aren't (hint-Chinese displays have springs holding them up, not locks and 21 channel bars not 7). We invite you to schedule an appointment to actually see how a quality trade show booth is constructed. We heat treat our 6063-T6 aircraft grade aluminum tubing and powdercoat with DuPont/Tiger Mark coating to make them strong, straight, and pretty. (Regular extruded aluminum is dead soft and bends like an empty beer can.) We also powder coat it to keep your hands from getting dirty and black, setting up a raw aluminum frame.

Our display hubs and locks are made from DuPont, Zytel, which is unbreakable. The last thing you need is to break a hub or channel bar on your "lifetime guaranteed" trade show display, hours before a show that you've spent thousands of dollars preparing for. We have customers that are still using the same trade show display hardware from the early 1990's. Our Engineering Department designed and built computer controlled machines to perform certain manufacturing tasks. One of these is our CNC Panel Cutter. We use this to precision cut within .005 inch, our panels so all you see is a seamless background. Others cut these by hand, showing gaps and ragged edges. All trade show displays are not equal. You can' get a Lexus at a regular Toyota price!

We use only bright colored Lambda generated graphics. We print them on 8 mil polycarbonate. Then we laminate 6 mil clear matte polycarbonate on the front with 6 mil gloss white polycarbonate on the back, producing "bullet proof" 20 mil graphic panels that we warranty for 2 years.

Yes you can purchase cheaper graphics. They are ink jet (prone to fading), printed on paper with no lamination on the back of the film, making them fragile and prone to de-lamination. Only companies that produce quality panels, warranty them for a full 2 years. Educate yourself and don't be taken advantage of by unscrupulous dealers.
